Cleanwise Ltd has a comprehensive Quality Management System and is committed to undertaking quality control inspections on a regular basis throughout all areas of our Clients’ sites.
The quality control inspections are undertaken by our Contracts Managers under the direction of the Operations Manager who accompanies them on a regular basis to monitor individual performance and accuracy of reporting. At all times the Contracts Manager will maintain close contact with the Client’s nominated representative to ensure that standards and performance levels remain consistently high.
Cleanwise's Quality Assurance Manual and Policy Statements are dynamic documents which describe in the appropriate level of detail the policies, procedures and operating practices that are to be followed by all grades of personnel. Each and every member of staff is trained in these procedures from the commencement of their employment.
The Quality Assurance Manual together with the supporting Policy Statements, ensures that activities are controlled in a manner that is compatible with contractual obligations.
All staff and procedures are constantly monitored and throughout the year Cleanwise performs internal audits to maintain our level of quality. Once a year QMS International PLC performs an external audit on our Quality Management System and Policies to ensure our high standards are met.
