- Dusting and polishing all common areas skirting boards, windows, window frames, window sills, doors, light       fixtures, light switches

- Cleaning and polishing lifts and stainless steel lift doors

- Changing bulbs if needed

- Vacuuming carpeted areas

- Mopping and polishing (buffing) hard floors

- Cleaning and sanitising toilets (if applicable)

- Cleaning of reception/concierge/security areas

- Litter picking outside the building

- Bin area maintenance

- Car park sweeping
